We Won’t Fall Into Bed

February 27th, 2008

We won’t fall into bed ’til we’re legally wed!

We will not have sex; this is what we have said.

We’re not falling for the old standards; we’ll tell you that now.

It’s not bad! Don’t have a cow!

Virginity rules so we’re protecting our rights,

Our bodies are treasures; we won’t give ‘em up without a fight.

Sex is serious; perversions we won’t allow.

Abstinence is the way…it’s your right…decide now!

“But she worries about peers who pin their hopes on romances held together largely with sex. “The signal to kids from the media is that you have to find that special someone,” she says. ‘You can’t let that loneliness push you to the point where you’re, like, The only way he’ll stay around is if I have sex with him.”‘ …More

Welcome to our new blog

November 16th, 2007

Hi, my name is Joe Fuentes and I work together with the whole staff at ETAP. I wanted to take a few minutes to explain why we have created this blog. First of all we understand that today millions of users spend hours on these social sites everyday. These sites have become a major source of information and have a big impact on the way we think as a society. For that reason we believe that by creating a blog about abstinence we can help “like minded” individuals encourage each other everyday and reassure abstaining teens that they are not alone. Please feel free to express your positive views on abstinence until marriage.
